About Us

We are a charity, that gives families one less thing to worry about, when their sick child needs to stay in hospital, by providing a warm, comfortable, free place to stay, and someone to talk to, all just minutes away from their child's bedside.

Our Vision

The Sick Children’s Trust is working to a future where every family with a seriously ill child in hospital can stay together, close to their child’s bedside

Our Mission

Keeping families together significantly improves the recovery of seriously ill children. We provide families with a sick child with a free high-quality ‘Home from Home’ accommodation, as well as practical and emotional support so they can be there for their child.

Our Values

Support – we put the needs of sick children and their families at the centre of everything we do.
Commitment – we are dedicated to making a real difference to families with sick children.
Excellence – our reputation is built on people wanting to work with us and support us.
Sustainability – we use our energy, skills and resources to work efficiently and deliver results.
